Shipping items

We aim to post all orders within 2 working days, however during busier periods shipping may take longer. If you would like an update on your order please email info@cotswoldwaxandcrafts.co.uk and quote your order number. 
 

In order to return an order, please contact us via email first.

Returns can be mailed to: 7 Fairfield Road, Evesham, Worcs. WR11 1HB. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged, then we may reject a refund.

We hope you love your CM Wax and Crafts order, however if there are any issues with your order we will of course resolve them as soon as possible. Please email info@cotswoldwaxandcrafts.co.uk with any refund or returns enquiries.

We're convinced that you'll absolutely love our products, however if you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making a purchase.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require your order number or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the proof of purchase, we can not issue a refund.
